I am currently recruiting bank staff to work in Secondary Schools across the West Midlands. This is an ideal opportunity for those seeking to gain further experience working in schools or needing the flexibility of supply work. The roles can be ad hoc day-to-day, short-term, or long-term, allowing you to work across several schools, with longer-term opportunities available for those who perform well.

Over the years, I have built strong relationships with numerous schools in the region, placing many candidates, some of whom have secured permanent positions.

As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you would be considered part of the team and expected to:

1. Be responsible for managing class behaviour
2. Plan lessons as required
3. Complete any necessary marking
4. Be flexible
5. Follow the school's policies, including behaviour management
6. Show initiative
7. Work collaboratively with staff
