Are you an enthusiastic English Teacher seeking a permanent full-time role in Shropshire? We are supporting a successful 11-18 secondary school within an Academy Trust that values “Achievement through Caring.” The school is dedicated to nurturing creative, confident, and well-rounded young people by promoting core values such as Empathy, Integrity, Equality, Creativity, and Excellence.
As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. Your role will be to inspire students, helping them to reach their full potential both academically and personally.
What You’ll Do
Deliver high-quality English lessons to students in Key Stages 3, 4, and 5
Encourage students to develop a passion for English and critical thinking skills
Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports all learners
Support students’ personal growth and academic achievement
Contribute positively to the school’s ethos and wider community
Who We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) holder with relevant secondary teaching experience
