SEN English Teacher – Coundon, Durham | 27,456 - 43,014 per year | Full Time, Permanent | 40 hours per week

Leader Group is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a passionate and committed English Teacher to join a supportive specialist team in Coundon. The Role

As an English Teacher, you will:

• Plan, deliver, and assess inspiring English lessons at KS3 and KS4.
• Support students\' progress through a personalised, inclusive curriculum.

• Create a safe, supportive learning environment that promotes positive behaviour and achievement.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine passion for supporting students with SEND.
• Brings experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4 levels.
• Holds QTS/QTLS (preferred but not essential).
• Can engage, motivate, and inspire learners to reach their full potential.
