• A strong passion for English literature and language, and a desire to support students' understanding.
• A recognized teaching qualification in English, or equivalent.
• Experience in teaching English to secondary-aged students is highly desirable.
• A passion for developing young people academically and critically.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a stimulating and collaborative team.
