Position Overview

The Education Network is partnering with an Academy in South Durham to find a qualified English Teacher. This is a temporary role from June 2025 to October 2025, with potential for extension or a school contract for the successful candidate.

Requirements

1. QTS or an equivalent UK-recognised teaching qualification.
2. Experience teaching English at KS3-4.
3. A degree in a relevant subject.
4. Classroom teaching experience.
5. Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with staff, parents, and students.
6. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
