English Teacher - Lead Practitioner for whole school literacy.

This school is seeking to appoint a passionate, knowledgeable, and inspiring teacher to the role of Lead Practitioner of English and Whole School Literacy.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking school and make a real difference through your passion for literacy.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing a balanced and challenging English curriculum alongside the support of the trust/senior leaders.

Position Details:
  1. Permanent position starting in September 2025
  2. Leadership Scale - LP1-LP5 (£47,417 to £55,330)
  3. Ideal for someone who is passionate about curriculum development and making an impact on the wider school community
  4. Lead Practitioner of English - whole school literacy lead
  5. Develop and co-ordinate English within the school
  6. Leading curriculum development for the whole learning area and schemes of work alongside the trust
