Job summary

Simply Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated secondary English Teacher to join a local school in Spalding, Lincolnshire. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum for KS3/KS4 and monitor pupil progress in a supportive environment.

You will cooperate with colleagues and parents to prioritise pupil development, manage the class effectively, and maintain high standards of teaching throughout a 4–7 month, Monday–Friday placement with a competitive daily rate.

Qualifications

• PGCE with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Strong passion for secondary education and commitment to high-quality teaching.
• Understanding of the national curriculum for KS3 and KS4.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, and effective classroom management.
