Job description

English Teacher

We are recruiting a Teacher of English for a school in the Sandwell LA. This role is full time starting September 2025 for two terms. You will be teaching upto GCSE English. This is a good school within the Sandwell local authority with a supportive department.

What you need:

  • A PGCE/QTS/QTLS or equivalent. ECT's are welcome to apply.
  • Be a specialist in this subject area with experience teaching English upto KS4.
  • Good classroom control and management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and management skills.

What to expect:

  • Competitive rates of pay: £170 - £200 depending on experience.
  • Experienced consultant with over 15 years in the education recruitment industry, who will support you throughout your placements
