Connaught Education is currently working with an independent senior school in Enfield, who are looking for a passionate and dedicated English Teacher.

The school are seeking a dynamic individual with a strong academic background in English Literature and a genuine enthusiasm for inspiring young minds. You will be teaching across Key Stages 3 to 5, helping pupils develop critical thinking, creativity, and a deep appreciation of literary texts.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold a UK-recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent)

• Have a strong subject knowledge in English Literature, ideally to A-Level

• Be passionate about teaching and committed to academic excellence

• Be an excellent communicator with the ability to inspire and challenge students

• Be committed to full participation in the broader life of the school
