English Teacher (ECT Welcome) - Hayes, Hillingdon

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a well-established and inclusive secondary school in Hayes who are seeking a passionate English teacher to join the team from September 2025. This is a permanent, full-time position with a supportive environment ideal for an Early Career Teacher looking to start their teaching journey.

Working hours are from 8:30am to 3:30pm.
Salary will be paid in line with Outer London MPS.
On-site parking is available for staff.

English Teacher - Hayes, London

Teach engaging and creative English lessons across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to contribute to KS5 depending on experience and timetable.
Deliver a broad and inclusive curriculum that builds literacy, fosters independent thinking, and prepares students for life beyond the classroom.
Promote a love of reading and writing, encouraging students to express themselves confidently and critically.
Provide pastoral support as part of a committed and caring staff team.
Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities, trips, and whole-school literacy initiatives.
