English Teacher / English ECT - TLRs Available!

An 'Outstanding' Secondary School in Bexley is seeking an English Teacher / English ECT with TLRs available for a September 2025 start. This is a permanent, full-time position.

The school is known for good behaviour, low staff turnover, and a supportive staff culture. The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious English Teacher / English ECT eager to contribute to an expanding English Department. The school offers supportive SLT and excellent Progress 8 results across all subjects.

Experienced English Teachers can access TLR opportunities such as KS3 Coordinator, 2iC, or Pastoral Responsibilities. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) will participate in the school's bespoke NQT induction program and collaborate with both new and experienced English Teachers.
