English Teacher who is passionate and creative, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a love for teaching is required for an Education Trust based in Hedge End, Southampton, Hampshire.

SALARY: £31,650 - £49,084 per annum (Actual) MPR/UPR + Benefits

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

As an English Teacher you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status – or ECT status.
  • Ability to set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge pupils.
  • Ability to plan and teach well-structured lessons.
  • Ability to adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of all pupils.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills, with enthusiasm and energy.
  • Approachability and the ability to deal sensitively with staff, parents & children.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational abilities, and an eye for detail.
