Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to students
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth
• Assess and evaluate student progress through varied methods such as assignments, exams, and class presentations
• Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and enhance the English curriculum
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic development
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive educational environment

• Bachelor's degree in English or a related field
• Teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience teaching English at the primary or secondary level
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the English curriculum and literature
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively differentiate instruction to cater to students' individual needs
