English Teacher – Alternative Provision – September 2025

Are you a passionate and resilient English Teacher looking to make a difference in an Alternative Provision setting? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a qualified English Teacher (QTS) to join a well-respected Alternative Provision with outstanding leadership, excellent resources, and a strong local reputation. This permanent position starts in September 2025 and is ideal for a teacher who thrives on helping students overcome barriers to learning.

You will be teaching small groups of Key Stage 3 and 4 students, delivering engaging and accessible English lessons tailored to diverse learning needs. Supported by a strong senior leadership team and dedicated pastoral support, you will play a key role in re-engaging students who have previously struggled in mainstream education. Excellent behaviour management skills and a compassionate, flexible teaching style are essential for this role.

Job Role:
  1. Teaching English to small groups of KS3 & KS4 students
