Join a growing start-up delivering a Study Programme to young people (16-25) with EHCPs—including those with SEMH, Autism, and ADHD. You'll focus on Functional Skills English, with a bit of Maths and Employability. No endless marking. No rows of desks. Just small groups (5 learners + LSA) and the freedom to make learning real and relevant. Think: teaching percentages at a shop, or writing skills through planning a dream holiday.

What You'll Need:

1. A Level 5+ teaching qualification (DTLLS, PGCE, QTS)
2. Passion for creative, experience-based teaching
3. An interest (or background) in supporting SEN learners
