A leading education provider seeks a full-time English Teacher to cover maternity leave at a well-regarded secondary school in Warrington. A full-time English Teacher is required from September 2025 to cover a maternity leave at a well-regarded, mixed comprehensive Secondary School in Warrington.
This maternity position is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension depending on staffing needs.
The school welcomes applications from both experienced English teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs). The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic practitioner who can deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons, manage classroom behaviour effectively, and inspire students to exceed expectations in English Language and Literature.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
