Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed professional to join us as an English Teacher.

The Successful Candidate Will

• Plan, teach, and assess a range of subjects and learning activities to support students’ progression.
• Work as part of a team to deliver lessons, support positive behaviour, and ensure students feel safe to learn and achieve.
• Follow whole school systems for teaching and learning. We provide full induction and a supportive team environment.
• Assist with report writing, contribute to curriculum development, data collection, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Create engaging and safe learning environments.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

• A committed and passionate approach to working with students with SEND.
• At least two years’ experience in a SEND environment or similar setting.
• QTS/QTLS is advantageous.
