Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an English Teacher to work across secondary schools in Stockton-on-Tees. The role welcomes both experienced teachers and ECTs, with immediate start available and flexible full-time/part-time supply options.

You will plan and deliver engaging English lessons across KS3/KS4, with KS5 experience advantageous. A DBS check on Update Service is preferred, along with two professional references and a proactive, adaptable mindset.

Qualifications

• QTS or QTLS, or strong FE English teaching experience.
• Experience teaching English within a secondary school setting.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English education.
• A proactive and adaptable attitude.
• A valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
• Two professional references covering the last two years.
