Teaching Personnel is proud to work with vulnerable young learners across Nottinghamshire, offering 1:1 support that can transform educational outcomes. We are currently seeking a committed and compassionate English Tutor who specialises in behaviour management to work with KS3 pupils on an individual basis. This role has the potential to become long-term and full-time.

Main responsibilities include:

  1. Planning and delivering engaging English lessons tailored to the needs of a KS3 learner.

  2. Supporting and managing challenging behaviour with a calm and consistent approach.

  3. Creating a positive, safe, and focused learning environment to help students build confidence and skills.
