A respected educational recruitment agency is seeking a committed English Teacher for a secondary school in Sutton Coldfield. This full-time position starts in September and requires a qualified teacher who is passionate about inspiring students in literature and language. The ideal candidate will teach across KS3 and KS4, contributing to an inclusive community that values professional development and student wellbeing.
Teaching Personnel is working with a welcoming and well-regarded secondary school in Sutton Coldfield that is looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic English Teacher for the autumn term.
This is a full-time role, starting in September, and would suit either an experienced teacher or an ECT who is keen to join a supportive English department that values creativity, collaboration, and high standards.
The school has a warm and inclusive ethos, with strong leadership and a genuine focus on both academic achievement and student wellbeing. Behaviour is excellent, and staff are well supported by a dedicated SLT and engaged parent community.
The ideal candidate will:
Be a qualified teacher of English (QTS or equivalent)
Have a passion for literature and language, and the ability to inspire that in students
Be confident teaching across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 is a bonus but not essential)
Be committed to delivering high-quality lessons and contributing to the wider life of the school
