English Teacher - Part Time

Smile Education is partnering with a prominent college near Stratford who are welcoming a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to their team from Oct 2025, or possibly earlier for the right candidate. If you’re enthusiastic about inspiring young minds through the wonders of English, we’d love to hear from you! This is a part-time role 3 days a week.

As an English Teacher, you will deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across KS3, KS4 and KS5 that align with the national curriculum. Your role is to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that sparks curiosity and encourages student participation. You may also be asked to cover general subjects when required, helping maintain learning momentum across the school.

You’ll join a supportive, energetic, and collaborative team committed to your professional development and to making a meaningful impact on students' academic and personal growth.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in English and QTS or equivalent
  • Strong subject knowledge
  • Excellent classroom management and the ability to motivate and inspire students
