We are seeking an exceptional English Teacher to join our dedicated team. This role involves teaching GCSE English and Functional Skills to KS3 and KS4 pupils in a challenging yet rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging English lessons tailored to the diverse needs of SEMHD students
• Develop and implement tailored teaching strategies to support academic and personal growth
• Assess and monitor student progress using formative and summative assessments
• Collaborate with the wider school team for a holistic approach to student support

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching English at secondary level, with knowledge of GCSE curriculum
• Experience working with pupils with SEMHD or similar needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
