Your Role:

As a English Teacher you will be supporting pupils with:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the curriculum.
• Foster critical thinking, creativity, and a love for literature.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and continuous professional development.
• Build trust and positive relationships with students, encouraging independence and confidence.
• Contribute to a calm, safe, and respectful classroom atmosphere.
• Implement and adapt EHCP targets into daily teaching practice.
• Deliver tailored lessons that support the academic, emotional, and social development of learners with autism.
