Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting for a full-time English Teacher in Rickmansworth, on behalf of a popular secondary school. You will teach Years 7–11, plan and deliver lessons, track assessments and contribute to the wider faculty.

The role requires strong subject knowledge, with Ofsted-rated Good school, and duties include attending parents' evenings and department meetings. PAYE from day one and access to CPD resources are provided.

Qualifications

English Teacher - Rickmansworth

Looking for a long-term English teaching post starting in February? Tradewind Secondary is recruiting on behalf of a popular, well-run secondary school in Rickmansworth for a full-time English Teacher.

Rated 'Good' by Ofsted, this school is known for its organised staff team and consistently good pupil behaviour. You'll be joining to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with pay aligned to MPS 1-6 or UPS 1-3 for those past threshold.

The role involves planning and delivering lessons for Years 7-11, tracking and recording pupil assessments, and contributing to wider faculty support. You'll also be expected to attend parents' evenings and department meetings. Pay is on a PAYE basis from day one, in line with the Main Pay Scale - no umbrella companies.
