Position: English Teacher
Location: Norton College, Worcester
Salary: Up to £39,519.90 per annum (not pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

To provide a high-quality education service for our students in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and practices, and the standards set by the Regulatory Body. To work with the Head Teacher, leadership team, and other stakeholders to secure high standards throughout the school.
Main Purpose:
Essential:
QTS
Education Degree or equivalent experience
Experience working with SEN, SEMH students
Understanding of trauma-informed approaches
