Job summary

Veritas Education is recruiting qualified English Teachers to work in a range of secondary schools across East Lancashire for day-to-day supply and long-term assignments. Candidates with QTS or equivalent and experience teaching English at KS3/KS4 are invited. Enhanced DBS (Update Service) is preferred, or willingness to apply.

We offer flexible, local placements with dedicated consultant support across East Lancashire, suitable for experienced teachers and ECTs seeking September starts.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent is required.
• Experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential).
• Strong classroom management skills are essential.
• DBS check: Enhanced DBS Disclosure on Update Service (or willingness to apply).
