To provide a high-quality education service for our students in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and standards set by the Regulatory Body.
The Greater Horseshoe School is an independent special school for pupils aged 8 to 18, located in a peaceful woodland setting near Newton Abbot in Devon. Our facilities include a nearby care farm offering animal care, horticulture, and outdoor educational activities alongside academic and vocational programs.
We are committed to providing the best education for young people with complex needs, offering tailored programs that combine therapeutic approaches, outdoor learning, and individual academic and vocational pursuits, based on a thorough understanding of each student's needs.
Our staff come from relevant educational and therapeutic backgrounds with extensive experience supporting young people with diverse needs. *You’ll work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay. This is subject to successful probation and is not a contractual benefit.
