Job summary

Teaching Personnel are recruiting English Teachers to work in secondary schools across Hastings and the surrounding areas. We have a range of opportunities including daily supply, long-term cover and permanent positions.

Teachers should deliver engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4, support students to reach their potential and contribute positively to school life. Responsibilities include planning and delivering lessons, marking work, monitoring progress, and attending meetings and events

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification is required.
• Experience teaching English in a secondary school setting is preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
