Are you a passionate and dedicated English Teacher seeking an exciting opportunity to inspire and engage students in a dynamic secondary school? Our school, a well-established and 'Good' rated secondary school in Aylesbury, is looking for a talented individual to join their team from September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4, with the potential for KS5
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support achievement
  • Contribute to the development of the English department, participating in curriculum planning and collaborative teaching
  • Support students in preparing for GCSE exams, implementing targeted interventions where needed
  • Engage with parents, carers, and colleagues to ensure the holistic development of students

Requirements:
