Prospero Teaching is working with a secondary school in the EN9 area looking to appoint an English Teacher to join them from ASAP. The role is long-term and full-time, with pay on a scale dependent on experience. Start date ASAP in EN9.

QTS is essential, with experience teaching English at the secondary level and a solid grasp of the English curriculum. Responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons and maintaining effective classroom management.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching English at secondary level

• Good classroom and behaviour management skills
• A commitment to supporting students of all abilities

To Be Eligible for This Role Through Prospero Teaching, You Must:

• Have the Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child-barred list DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one
• Provide a minimum of two professional references covering the last 24 months (academic references can be accepted where appropriate)
