Protocol Education is seeking an experienced English Teacher to join a specialist school in Chigwell. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dedicated team working with students with Autism, severe, profound, and complex needs.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or Instructor experience
2. Passion for teaching English and supporting SEND students
3. Ability to create engaging and accessible lessons for diverse learners
4. Strong classroom management and communication skills
5. Previous SEND experience or qualifications (preferred but not essential)
