We’re working with a dynamic, well-structured secondary school in Chesterfield that’s looking for an English Teacher to join their team this September and work there through to the following summer. What you'll be doing:
Delivering engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4
Supporting students through their GCSE journey
Using school-wide systems to maintain high expectations
Working with colleagues to develop shared resources and strategies
What we’re looking for:
UK QTS (or equivalent) and recent classroom experience
Confident subject knowledge across English Literature and Language
A strong classroom presence and positive behaviour management
Someone who values teamwork and isn’t afraid to try something new

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
