Job Title: English Teacher (Secondary Education)

We are seeking a talented and dedicated English teacher to join our team at a secondary school in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, starting in September 2024.

Role: English Teacher

Location: Wakefield, West Yorkshire

Position: Full-time, permanent

Start Date: September 2024

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
2. Teach a range of English topics, including literature, language, and creative writing.
3. Help students develop communication and critical thinking skills.
4. Foster a love of English language and literature.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Degree in English or a related subject.
2. Recognised teaching qualification.
3. Previous secondary English teaching experience preferred; applications from newly qualified teachers are welcome.
