Step Teachers Ltd is recruiting an enthusiastic English Teacher on behalf of a popular 11–18 secondary school in Oxfordshire. You will teach English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4 and prepare students for GCSE examinations, inspiring learners with engaging lessons.

This full-time, long-term role starts November 2026. The school offers strong pastoral support and a positive school culture, with a weekly PAYE salary dependent on experience and a collaborative English department.

Qualifications

Duties as English Teacher:

Ideal English Teacher:
