A dedicated education recruitment agency is seeking an experienced English Outreach Teacher to deliver tailored tuition to students unable to attend school. This full-time role involves working closely with students with SEMH and SEN needs, planning engaging lessons, and maintaining records of student progress. Ideal candidates should possess QTS and have experience teaching at KS3 and KS4.

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated English Outreach Teacher to deliver 1:1 and small-group tuition to students unable to attend school for medical reasons. Sessions will take place in local libraries across the Hillingdon borough.
The ideal candidate will have strong skills in positive behaviour management, proven experience supporting students with SEMH and SEN (both diagnosed and undiagnosed), and a commitment to re-engaging learners through creative and personalised teaching.
