Job summary

North East Surrey College of Technology in Epsom, Surrey, is seeking an experienced English Lecturer to deliver GCSE English Language and Functional Skills to 16–18-year-olds and to adult learners, including Apprentices. You’ll use Google Classroom and other educational software to support learning and track progress.

The role requires a DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding and student achievement. It is a permanent post with 29.6 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching GCSE English Language to 16–18-year-olds.
• Proven track record of student achievement.
• C&G Award in Education & Training or above teaching qualification.
