Are you an English graduate who loves language, literature, and helping others find their voice? We’re looking for enthusiastic graduates to join our partner schools across Newcastle as Learning Support Assistants, supporting pupils to build confidence and succeed in their learning.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on classroom experience while using your subject knowledge to make a real difference. You’ll support pupils who need an extra boost with reading, writing, and communication skills, and help create an environment where every student can thrive.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing 1:1 and small group literacy support
