About the Role
As an English Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Work closely with the English department to support students across KS3 and KS4
* Assist in delivering engaging English lessons and targeted literacy interventions
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for students who need additional help with reading and writing
* Help prepare lesson materials and contribute to a positive learning environment
* Get involved in extracurricular activities and enrichment programmes

What We're Looking For
* A degree in English Literature, English Language or a closely related subject (2:1 or above preferred)
* A genuine interest in education and working with young people
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive, supportive and enthusiastic attitude
* Experience working with young people is a bonus, but not essential
