English Course Leader (Tutor)

Full time, 37 hours per week, August 2025 start

£27,574 - £34,948 per annum

PLUS £4,500 ‘Golden Hello’ staged over 3 years

At BSDC, we pride ourselves on our successful maths and English team, which promotes strategies enabling learners to access diverse learning materials and additional support outside the classroom.

No prior teacher training is required to start teaching in FE at BSDC. We will support you to become a qualified teacher as part of your role, and you may be eligible for an FE initial teacher education (ITE) bursary to assist with pre-service training in English.

Applicants should be qualified to, or willing to work towards, Level 2 English and Maths. Evidence of qualifications is required.
