This tutor role will be ideal if you are a newly qualified teacher, teaching assistant, or have experience working with children with additional needs and are looking for flexible work.
This tutor role involves working with children who may have additional needs or are looked after. You will provide educational sessions face-to-face with children at their homes or in a local area (e.g., library). Skills and experience such as planning resources around the child’s needs (likely focusing on developing their knowledge in core subjects such as Maths, English, and Science) and keeping the child engaged with tasks are essential in this role.
The location will vary depending on the needs of the pupil but will be pre-agreed prior to commencement of the tuition.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
