A leading education provider is seeking an English & General Cover Teacher for a SEMH secondary school in Wiltshire, starting September 2025. The role involves teaching English and providing general cover across subjects in a supportive atmosphere with small class sizes. Applicants should have UK QTS or equivalent, along with experience in SEMH settings. The school promotes a trauma-informed approach and provides continual support and training opportunities for its educators.

We’re working with a fantastic SEMH secondary school in Wiltshire that’s looking for a dedicated educator to cover English and provide general cover across subjects from September. With small class sizes, strong routines, and a highly supportive team, it’s a role where you’ll see the difference you’re making every single day.
You’ll mainly be teaching English across KS3 and KS4, with the chance to cover other subjects where needed. Flexibility and emotional intelligence are key and a good sense of humour definitely helps!
The school would ideally like qualified, experienced educators, HOWEVER, if you are experienced in secondary Cover Supervisor/Supply Teaching or a strong subject specialist, we would also love to hear from you

Experience in SEMH, SEND, PRU, or alternative education settings
UK QTS or equivalent OR experience within secondary/sen education
