The Role
As an English Academic Coach, you will work alongside experienced English teachers to support the progress of students at varying levels of ability. You will run focused intervention sessions, offer one-on-one tuition, and assist in delivering engaging and effective lessons that promote a deep understanding of English Language and Literature. Your work will directly contribute to raising attainment and building student confidence ahead of their GCSEs.
The Candidate
This role is perfect for an English graduate who is passionate about their subject and keen to explore a future in teaching. You should have excellent communication skills, a strong academic background, and a genuine interest in supporting the development of young learners. Experience working with young people is helpful but not essential.
