REMOTE ROLE ACCEPTING APPLICANTS NATIONWIDE
To demonstrate a high quality of professional practice and provide quality teaching and learning at a variety of levels (Level 2 – Level 4) within the Engineering Curriculum Qualifications. Main responsibility will be delivering Level 3 subjects, such as Mechanical Principles, Fabrication & Welding, Electrical Principles.
Main Duties:
- To teach and assess, using a blended learning approach, including a mix of traditional (classroom), workshop (workplace), and live online tutorials on a range of Engineering Apprenticeships and courses.
- To take responsibility for specific areas of work within the curriculum area.
- To provide support and guidance to learners.
- To operate as an effective member of the Curriculum Team and work closely with other areas of the business.
- To carry out administrative duties such as maintaining registers, schemes of work, assessments, reports, course records, and evaluations within deadlines.
- To ensure safe working practices are observed by yourself and others (including learners).
- To provide reports as required by Company Directors or Curriculum Lead.
- To assist in learner recruitment, including interviews and enrolments.
- To assist in developing curriculum support materials.
- To assist with work experience programs and industrial liaison, including organizing and monitoring placements.
- To uphold principles of equality.
- To maintain plant and machinery where practicable.
Additional Duties:
- To adhere to Health & Safety and Safeguarding procedures and promote safe working practices.
- To promote the company ethos regarding Equality and act as a role model.
- To participate in staff development, including mandatory Safeguarding and Vulnerable Adults training.
