REMOTE ROLE ACCEPTING APPLICANTS NATIONWIDE

To demonstrate a high quality of professional practice and provide quality teaching and learning at a variety of levels (Level 2 – Level 4) within the Engineering Curriculum Qualifications. Main responsibility will be delivering Level 3 subjects, such as Mechanical Principles, Fabrication & Welding, Electrical Principles.

Main Duties:
  1. To teach and assess, using a blended learning approach, including a mix of traditional (classroom), workshop (workplace), and live online tutorials on a range of Engineering Apprenticeships and courses.
  2. To take responsibility for specific areas of work within the curriculum area.
  3. To provide support and guidance to learners.
  4. To operate as an effective member of the Curriculum Team and work closely with other areas of the business.
  5. To carry out administrative duties such as maintaining registers, schemes of work, assessments, reports, course records, and evaluations within deadlines.
  6. To ensure safe working practices are observed by yourself and others (including learners).
  7. To provide reports as required by Company Directors or Curriculum Lead.
  8. To assist in learner recruitment, including interviews and enrolments.
  9. To assist in developing curriculum support materials.
  10. To assist with work experience programs and industrial liaison, including organizing and monitoring placements.
  11. To uphold principles of equality.
  12. To maintain plant and machinery where practicable.
Additional Duties:
  1. To adhere to Health & Safety and Safeguarding procedures and promote safe working practices.
  2. To promote the company ethos regarding Equality and act as a role model.
  3. To participate in staff development, including mandatory Safeguarding and Vulnerable Adults training.
