Who we are looking for State Street Investment Management (State Street IM), formerly State Street Global Advisors or SSGA, is seeking a seasoned leader of a multi-year, enterprise-wide transformation to modernize and optimize front, middle, and back-office capabilities. This role reports to the SVP of Client Pathways and is part of the COO organization. This position will be based in Boston, London or Stamford.

The Client Pathways initiative is central to our long-term strategy to drive operating leverage, scalability, and service excellence for our investment teams and clients. The transformation leader will lead strategic change and ensure successful delivery of transformational outcomes. This role is accountable for shaping the future-state technical architecture, fostering innovation, and driving measurable business impact across Investments technology and partner organizations.
