What will you do in the role?
  • The role of the Engineering Training Co-Coordinator is to ensure Training Records for all Engineering Staff are up to date and accurate, detailing refresher renewal dates of training competencies.
  • To assist with the coordination of Engineering training records and certification including course attendance and certificate production and issue. This will include regulatory training administration.
  • To develop new systems and methods of working, ensuring a productive and well administered Team.
  • Co-ordination and administration of both Internal and External Training Courses including regulatory exam administration as per Jet2 procedures.
  • Carrying out general administration duties in support of the Engineering Training Manager and Training Team including occasional invigilation duties.


What are the key skills / experience you’ll already have?
  • You will ideally have experience within Training, PA or Administration Role.
  • Admin or Training background within an Airline, Manufacturing or Transport environment would be an advantage.
  • Keen attention to detail and focused structure approach to problem solving. To be able to work within a team / as an individual.
  • Intermediate knowledge/application of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, database management skills)
  • Knowledge of MINT Software or alternative learning management systems
