Join our dynamic team as a Mechanical Engineering Trainer/Assessor based at our Radstock Campus. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced engineer to pass on their knowledge, help shape the future of apprentices, and grow their own career in education and training.

What You'll Do:
  • Delivering induction, training, coaching, and assessment to apprentices on their Apprenticeship Programmes.
  • Designing and delivering engaging and flexible learning programmes, incorporating both face-to-face and digital platforms.
  • Teaching knowledge-based modules and coordinating classroom learning in partnership with other college teams.
  • Monitoring and assessing learners' progress, maintaining accurate and timely records of learning and achievement.
What We're Looking For:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering
  • Relevant industry experience in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • A genuine passion for developing others
