Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains is seeking an Engineering Trainee to join the Advanced Technology Programme Management team in Brixworth. You will explore how complex projects are steered through stages and deadlines, collaborating across Engineering, Operations and Test towards road and race track goals.

We are looking for an Engineering Trainee to join our Advanced Technology Programme Management team

In Programme Management we ensure complex projects are managed through a number of technical, and often unpredictable, stages to tight deadlines. We sit at the heart of Mercedes AMG HPP and are responsible for the delivery of Championship-Winning programmes and ground breaking Advanced Technology programmes. We achieve this by facilitating the interaction between Engineering, Operations and Test through to the road and race track.

Purpose of the role is to...

• Learn about Programme Management and Operations in delivering world class programmes.
• Learn how to plan and coordinate Power Unit programmes, proactively ensuring the correct Power Unit hardware is available when required.
• Create transparency with regards to what the programme is targeting to deliver, when, and what's needed to do it successfully.
