We are seeking a General Engineering Technician/Trainer with relevant experience in general engineering. Whether you are looking for a career change or already working in a similar role and eager to progress, this opportunity might be suitable. Ideally, we would like the successful candidate to start in mid-March.
Working within our successful Engineering department, the role involves supporting both lecturers and students by assisting in the delivery of practical lessons. Responsibilities include maintaining machinery and equipment, inspecting and recording, ensuring a safe working environment, and preparing materials and equipment for practical activities.

Experience in welding is advantageous but not essential. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated, and capable of engaging FE students to help them reach their full potential.
