We're seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineering Technician to join our innovative manufacturing team. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our plant's control and electrical systems. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment. You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and eliminate defects, develop maintenance routines, and calibrate instruments
• Assist in plant design, modification, and hazard analysis
• Provide technical support, training, and apprentice development
• Implement HSEQ standards and environmental safeguards
• Manage SAP data, coordinate with contractors, and procure materials
• Participate in performance management and report safety incidents
• Support reliability improvements and ensure efficient operations
