Contract:Permanent, 4 on 4 off (7-7: 2 days/2 nights/4 off)

Your Mission

• Keep Us Running:Provide top-notch reactive maintenance.
• Be a Detective:Pinpoint root causes and get our gear back in action.
• Innovate:Find and implement cost-effective improvements.
• Collaborate:Ensure smooth shift handovers and work as ONE TEAM.
• Diagnose & Fix:Test, repair, and maintain mechanical/electrical equipment.
• Report:Keep an eye out for defects and log data.
• Lead:Drive shift-based problem-solving.
• Coach:Train operators on asset care.
• Improve:Use 5WHY and RCA techniques for lasting solutions.
• Organise:Support 5S programs for workshops and stores.
